2012 Grimes County Fair Info

All Reimbursement Requests will now require the submission of a filled/signed Reimbursement Request form.  Reimbursement Requests must be mailed (GCFA PO Box) or emailed to Brenda Schroeder (BDS@rf-mail.tamu.edu) with a copy to Tammy Harvey (tzharvey@gmail.com).  Once the Reimbursement Request has been approved at the next scheduled fair board meeting after the request has been received, a check will be issued per the form.  Note, approvals as noted on the Reimbursement Request must be complete.  Reimbursement Requests going forward will not be accepted outside of this process
